Autofaucet upgrade

I am pleased to announce that the autofaucet is going to version 3.

What's up ?

- A 20 second timeout has been added, if expresscrypto is offline or but too long to process payments, a message will be displayed and the countdown will continue until the payments are finally made.
This will prevent the autofaucet from blocking.

- Two new coins added, BTT and RVN.
